• Cynosure Learning Improvement Connection (CLIC): CLIC is an on-demand, customized education, technical assistance, and coaching learning platform designed specifically by Cynosure Health for the HQIC. Hospital members of the Convergence/Cynosure HQIC will have unlimited access to CLIC’s on-demand, grab and go, short courses with workbooks to facilitate deeper learning and to guide hospital staff members as they take steps on their way toward improvement. In addition, CLIC includes community discussion boards, downloadable resources, and tools. CLIC is a member benefit for HQIC and QII hospitals only. •  Workforce Safety & Well-Being: The “5 Me’s” Tools are intended to translate ideas into action by healthcare leaders to support the workforce responding to the Public Health Emergency. The 5 Me’s — Hear Me, Protect Me, Care for Me, Prepare Me, and Support Me — represent specific requests from healthcare professionals to hospital leadership with each “Me” tool offering suggestions on how to provide that support. The toolkit includes a customizable dashboard, list of resources, and video links for testimonials.

•  Vaccine Confidence: This Building Vaccine Confidence, Acceptance, and Advocacy Among Health Care Workers toolkit includes driver diagrams with change ideas; a customizable presentation for hospital staff; training videos; and the “I Got Vaccinated” printable signage for hospital staff to use and share on social media.

•  Opioid Management:
  • The Opioid Management Hospital Self-Assessment is a comprehensive assessment tool to gauge opportunities to impact the opioid epidemic at the hospital level. The self-assessment is intended to assist in identifying areas of opportunity to positively impact opioid use disorder (OUD) and opioid stewardship. The resource contains live links to examples of best practices and is a companion to the opioid stewardship change package, The Blueprint to Fight the Opioid Epidemic.
  •  The Blueprint to Fight the Opioid Epidemic is intended for use by hospitals, healthcare organizations, and clinicians to identify strategies to positively impact outcomes for patients with OUD and reduce deaths from opioid overdose. With partnership and input from organizations and experts involved in this work, The Blueprint was developed to spread proven strategies to reduce opioid-related deaths in the acute-care setting through: 1) Identifying how to assess opioid care practices; 2) Developing a framework to improve outcomes; and 3) Convening a workgroup of organizations that are engaged in this work to highlight bright spots and support the rapid spread of evidence-based practices among hospitals.
